Elevate 2027 ‘first to know’ form

Applications for our 2026 programme are now closed. If you are interested in being the first in the queue when applications open again in October 2026 please complete our FIRST TO KNOW form.

Elevate NewGen

Elevate NewGen is a three-month rolling mentoring programme designed to support underrepresented talent aged 18–25 who are looking to build a career in the events industry.

Applications are now open for summer 2026 and autumn 2026. Complete our form to check eligibility.

University Bridging Programme

Designed for final-year students and postgraduates, this programme bridges the gap between education and employment by connecting you with mentors, alumni and opportunities in the events industry. Applications to join the main Elevate programme for students only is open until May 31st.

There are just three steps involved….

Step 1: You need to complete the application questionnaire and give us as much information as possible. This can be found below.

Step 2: We’ll invite you to submit a short video telling us a bit more about you, so we can get a feel for your personality and learn more about you and what you’re looking for. If you don’t want to record a video you can also leave just audio.

Step 3: Sit back and let us do the hard work as we look to pair you with the perfect partner.

Apply as a 2026 Mentee

Apply as a 2026 Mentor

The power of mentoring comes from the relationship and so we take the pairing process really seriously and we prioritise making the right matches. We only have a limited number of spaces available so if you’re not matched we offer other ways you can get support from our community.

If you’re one of the lucky ones to get matched we’ll send an initial introduction email and then it's up to you set up a kick-off time to meet. Full coaching and supporting materials are provided.

We recommend that you set up an initial one-hour meeting to get to know each other and see if you connect and feel the relationship will be mutually beneficial.

If you ‘click’ and you feel you can work together, the mentoring period will last six months, that’s an hour every month (as a minimum), or 6 hours in total in whatever way you both decide to use them.

You decide the schedule and the logistics – we match you and support you but the magic is between the mentor and mentee.
