This anonymous survey, which focuses on lived experience in the workplace, aims to fill a critical data gap around race and socio-economic background. It can be completed by individuals or adopted by businesses looking to better understand the diversity of their workforce.

The findings will help shape more inclusive recruitment, progression and retention strategies across the industry. Participating organisations will receive a personalised report from Diversity Alliance, offering guidance on how to interpret and act on their results.
